1. General Terms
By engaging with our services, clients agree to the following refund terms. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness for both parties.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

If the client believes that the digital marketing services provided do not meet the standards outlined in the Service Agreement or Contract, they must notify us within 03 days from the date of service delivery. The following must be met for eligibility:

The service must not have been delivered as specified in the agreed scope of work.

The client must provide detailed evidence or examples of how the service was not delivered in accordance with the contract.
2.2 Delayed Services
If the services are significantly delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe due to reasons under our control, clients may be eligible for a partial refund. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or approvals will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Service Cancellations by Imran Amin
If we terminate the service agreement due to reasons within our control, we will offer a refund for the uncompleted portion of the service, calculated proportionally based on the payments made for the work not yet performed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
3.1 Dissatisfaction with Results

Digital marketing results, such as improvements in search rankings, lead generation, or sales, cannot be guaranteed due to the ever-changing nature of digital marketing. As such, dissatisfaction with final results is not a valid reason for a refund.

Clients should understand that digital marketing is an ongoing process, and it may take time for measurable results to appear.
3.2 Failure to Follow Recommendations

If the client does not implement or follow our recommendations, changes, or strategies, any negative results will not be considered grounds for a refund.
3.3 Campaign Suspension

If a digital marketing campaign is suspended due to client actions, such as delayed payment or a request to pause or terminate the campaign prematurely, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
3.4 Client Cancellations

If a client terminates the service agreement before the project is completed, no refund will be provided for services rendered up until that point. However, we will provide the client with the work completed at that time.
3.5 Delays Caused by the Client

If delays in the project or campaign are caused by the client, such as failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback, we will not issue a refund for the delay.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Request Submission

Clients must submit a formal refund request in writing, outlining the reason for the request and providing any supporting documentation or evidence.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Any processing fees associated with refunds may be deducted from the refund amount.
4.4 Partial Refunds

If a refund is granted, it may be partial, depending on the scope of work completed. The refund will be calculated based on the value of the uncompleted portion of the service.
5. Special Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or other exceptional situations, we may consider alternative forms of compensation instead of a refund, such as:

Offering additional services to make up for any perceived shortcomings.

Extending the project timeline to ensure the agreed-upon services are completed satisfactorily.
