Design Services
1. Agreement Overview
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between [Freelancer’s Name], hereinafter referred to as “the Freelancer,” and the client, hereinafter referred to as “the Client,” for digital marketing and website design services. 2. Scope of Services

3. Project Timeline
The Freelancer will provide the Client with an estimated timeline for project completion. The timeline may vary based on the scope of work, communication, and feedback from the Client. Any delays or adjustments to the timeline will be communicated promptly.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit of [X%] is required upon agreement to begin the project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project or as outlined in the payment schedule. 5. Client Respons

The Freelancer will provide services in a professional and timely manner, but is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities, resulting from the project’s outcome.
11. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Client’s Country/State]. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties.
12. Acceptance
